As always, we thank you for your continued support! Booth space fees help to provide 4-H’ers with a successful fair. In addition, with 30,000+ in attendance and making this the largest event in Madison County, we want this to be successful for you as well. We hope the Kiwanis 4H County Fair provides your business with a great opportunity to get noticed in the Madison County community and more. Fair Hours: July 22nd – July 27th 12pm – 10pm (commercial building open to public)

Booth Rental:
* $195 for 10 x 10 booth space each having electricity outlet provided.
* Please bring your own tables, seating and electrical cords!
* All booth spaces will need to be paid in full by June 30th, 2019
* Set-up time anytime on Saturday 20th through Monday 22nd before 11am

Payment: Send check payment with your application or we can PayPal Invoice you giving you opportunity to be invoiced, pay via credit card or print out invoice and mail a payment as noted.

Remember: Booth needs paid by June 30th to insure your space!!! Check made-out to Kiwanis.
