Important Rental Information

• All Rentals Include Electricity for all week
• Reservations will be accepted at the discretion of Kiwanis 4h Fair Committee and you will be notified as to being accepted or rejected asap
• Spaces are 10' deep with extra depth depending on location.
• Please measure to include awnings, tongue, and tie-downs.
• You will need an extension cord to hookup to electricity at all spaces.
• Upon arrival for setup, your booth space will be shown on a map at each end of the pavilion
• Set up is anytime between Saturday morning of the 20th through Monday the 22nd morning before 11am
