Important Rental Information

• All Rentals Include Electricity for all week
• Reservations will be accepted at the discretion of Kiwanis 4-H Fair Committee and you will be notified as to being accepted or rejected asap
• Spaces are 10' deep with extra depth depending on location.
• Please measure to include awnings, tongue, and tie-downs.
• You will need an extension cord to hookup to electricity at all spaces.
• Upon arrival for setup, your booth space will be shown on a map at each end of the pavilion
• Set up is anytime between the Saturday morning before the fair through Monday morning before 11am

Your application will be submitted to the Madison County 4-H Fair for review. Fair representatives will review the information provided and will contact you regarding the status of your application.

No payment is required or accepted through this application.

If your application is approved, you will be contacted with additional information regarding your vendor space, payment, and next steps.
